Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or personal preference.
However, we want you to receive exactly what you ordered. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, we will gladly send a replacement.
To request a replacement:

Once we review your request, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost.
